They open your link and have a six-minute conversation with Anika, typed or spoken. She asks one question at a time and follows up on vague answers. Prospects don't sign up for anything, and they can decline any question. A declined question is recorded as declined, never filled in.

Yes. Write your bar in plain words, for example "We don't take projects under $25,000". Anika asks about it in the conversation. A lead that clearly misses it is capped at Cold, and one that only partly meets it is capped at Warm. Your bar can only lower a score, never raise one.

A written brief covering scope, goals, audience, budget and timeline, scored twice: once for how complete the brief is and once for buying intent. You also get the full transcript, a one-page PDF, and an alert by email, Discord and in your dashboard.

After a few minutes of silence the conversation is closed and you still get a brief from what they said, marked as cut short. It counts toward your monthly intakes.

Yes. Download every lead as a CSV from your queue, any single brief as a PDF, or everything on your account, transcripts included, from Account → Settings.

Conversations are stored on your behalf and shown only to you and any teammates you add. We don't sell them, share them with other customers, or use them for advertising. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and intake pages are kept out of search results. The full detail, including every service provider we use, is in our privacy policy.

Yes. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Payments for a month already started are not refunded. See the terms.
